The following Terms of Use pertain to any and all Gemini Rogue LLC (hereinafter “Gemini Rogue”) owned websites, including grossgasteiger.name (hereinafter collectively the “Websites”).

Gemini Rogue may allow comments to be posted in relations to the submitted image area. Gemini Rogue assumes no obligation to monitor the comments, or to delete or edit any postings for any reason whatsoever. Disputes
All disputes arising out of or relating to the terms of these Terms of Use shall be resolved via arbitration conducted in the English language in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, U.S.A under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties shall bear their own costs for this arbitration and the provisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gemini Rogue shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, security or other equitable remedies from the United States District Court for the State of Maryland or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Severability
If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Member Accounts
Gemini Rogue reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
